Accommodation
Accommodation for the PORSEC-2012 delegates is provided on special rates in the hotels mentioned in the table below. The three hotels are located with in 3 km radius from the venue of the Conference. November, being the tourist season in Kerala, the Local Organizing Committee advice the conference delegates to book accommodation well in advance. The conference special rates are valid till September 30, 2012 and the rooms are available on first come first serve basis. Delegates are requested to directly contact the hotel management and book their accommodation. Free transport will be available to commute between the hotels and the conference venue in mornings and evenings during 05-09 Nov 2012. |

Cancellation of Accommodation
If the delegate wants to cancel the confirmed booking, he/she can directly contact the hotel and the cancellation charges are applicable as per the respective policy of the above hotels.
Student Accommodation
In addition to the hotels listed here, budget accommodation is available on twin sharing basis only for students/research fellows at Ashir Bhavan, Banerji Road, Kacheripady, Ernakulam North, Ernakulam, Koch -682 018. Accommodation in Ashir Bhavan will be available from 0900 PM on 04th November 2012. Student delegates interested in Ashir Bhavan may send a e-mail to porsec2012@incois.gov.in with subject line “Request for Student Accommodation- Registration ID:_______________________."
Free transport will be arranged to the delegates from these hotels to the conference venue and back during 05-09 November, 2012.
Cancellation of Student Accommodation
For the students for whom the PORSEC-2012 confirmed accommodation booking and in unavoidable circumstances, if the student can not able to participate, the cancellation request invariably sent by e-mail to porsec2012@incois.gov.in with subject line “Request for cancellation of Student Accommodation - Registration ID:_______________________”.
Other Hotels
There are many more luxury and budget hotels available within 10 km radius of the conference venue. However, transportation will not be provided by the LOC for the delegates staying in these hotels. The delegates are requested to make their own arrangements for the transport from the hotel to venue and back. Interested delegates may visit the website of the concerned hotel from the following hotels and book their accommodation accordingly.
